ya but u can use FFSJ too. personally i recommend FFSJ over HJ-Split bcoz FFSJ has 2 additional features
( 1 ) can join even if the split parts are in different locations. ( for hjsplit all files should be placed in the same folder )
( 2 ) MD5 checksum calculation. ( MD5 is a digital signature unique to a digital file)

Try to download 7-zip software...jus google it and download. Its free. Place all your .001 to last file in the same folder and right click on .001 file --> 7-zip --> extract here. This will join all the .00 files into one file..
